TERMS & CONDITIONS

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY

1time holidays act as agents only in the packaging of tours for all ground operators, hotels, car rental companies, etc. and accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, injury, accident, or any other irregularity that may arise. 1time holidays makes every effort to ensure that all the arrangements and services connected will be carried out as specified in the most efficient and effective way. However, we do not have direct control over the provision of services by suppliers and, whilst they are in all cases carefully selected, we do not accept liability for error and omissions of such suppliers.

We regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the fulfillment of a tour is considered impossible, due to situations beyond our control such as: war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control. All expenses occasioned by such events, including but not limited to unscheduled extensions or curtailment of accommodation, changes to scheduled flights, additional air fares, telephone and meal costs, etc, will be for the customer's account.

TOUR PRICES
  1. All tour prices reflected on this website are based on airfares, tariffs and exchange rates at the time when the tour prices were prepared. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the prices are regularly updated, all tour prices are subject to change due to tariff adjustments, exchange rate fluctuations, etc.
  2. Prices quoted do not include any personal items such as: visa's, telephone calls, meals and beverages (unless specified), entertainment or any other items of a personal nature.
RESERVATIONS

On confirmation of the booking, full payment is due immediately and we reserve the right to cancel any reservation for which payment has not been made. The tour price can only be fixed once full payment is received. Documentation is only prepared on receipt of full and final payment and upon acceptance of our terms and conditions.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by means of cash, EFT or credit card. Cash or EFT payments are required within 24 hours of reservation in order to secure your required package.

CANCELLATIONS / AMMENDMENTS

  1. In the event of the customers cancelling their reservation for any reason, notification of the cancellation must be made in writing. Cancellation charges applicable will be 100% of the tour price. Under certain circumstances, subject to the acceptance of our suppliers we will allow amendments in travel dates, whereby an ammendment/administration fee will be levied. The administration fee of R150 per person for domestic and R250 per person for regional bookings will be charged as well as any additional charges/supplements for the newly selected travel dates. These administration fees will also be levied to any standard ammendments and name changes.
  2. No refunds will be made for no-shows, or any unused services.
  3. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the individual suppliers of the services which the customer contracts for in terms of the booking. We will provide on request, the identity of the supplier and such supplier's terms and conditions may include, but are not limited to, provisions regarding their cancellation fees or amendment charges as applicable to confirmed reservations, refunds, etc.
  4. Every effort is made by 1time holidays to adhere to confirmed itineraries; however, we reserve the right to make changes or cancel your travel arrangements when it becomes necessary to do so. Travel arrangements are made in advance but due to the fact that we are reliant upon suppliers , changes to travel arrangements and cancellations thereof may occasionally become necessary. Should any travel component be confirmed but is subsequently cancelled by the supplier for whatsoever reason, we will accept no liability but will endeavour , where possible, to refund the payment made in full.
HOTELS
  1. Please be aware that hotels undergo renovations from time to time. Hotels generally take all possible steps to limit disruption and inconvenience to their guests when that occurs. If we are specifically advised of renovation work in advance by the hotel information will be passed on to the passenger but it is important to understand that this is subject to change and that we may not always be notified.
  2. Overbookings: We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your accommodation as booked is available on your arrival at the destination. However if we become aware of an overbooking situation prior to your departure we will inform you and offer you an alternative of similar standard (if available), or a full refund of the payment made to us. If we are unaware of the overbooking at the time of your departure then we will arrange appropriate compensation if the alternative accommodation provided by the supplier is not similar to the standard of the accommodation originally booked.
SPECIAL REQUESTS

Special requests must be made at the time of booking. We will endeavour to comply with the special requests, but cannot guarantee that such requests will be met.
