1. General- The owner of this website is 1time Airline (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as 1time). By using this website you agree to be legally bound by and act in accordance with these Terms of Use and by all other applicable provisions; in particular you agree not to do the acts prohibited under paragraphs 3 to 5 below. If you disagree with these Terms of Use and/or with any other of the applicable provisions, you are not permitted to, and agree not to, use this website.
2. Exclusive distribution channel- This website and the 1time call centre are the exclusive distribution channels of 1time's services, unless prior consent is obtained in writing from 1time. 1time is the only website authorised to sell 1time flights, whether on their own or as part of a package. 1time does not authorise any other websites to sell its flights. 1time therefore reserves the right to cancel any bookings made other than directly through 1time, including any bookings made through third party websites, including online travel agents, and further reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger making such a booking.
   1time's services include flights and any other services that may be offered to 1time's passengers and/or to the general public by or in association with 1time.
3. Permitted use- You are not permitted to use this website other than for the following, private, non-commercial purposes: (i) viewing this website; (ii) making bookings; (iii) reviewing/changing bookings; (iv) checking arrival/departure information; (v) performing online check-in; (vi) transferring to other websites through links provided on this website; and (vii) making use of other facilities that may be provided on the website. Use of this website for any purpose other than the aforementioned private, non-commercial purposes is prohibited. In particular, use of any automated system or software to extract data from this website for display on any other website ("screen scraping") is prohibited. In addition, the website may not be used without 1time's prior written consent for providing on a commercial basis details of 1time flights to others, offering 1time's services for sale to others, purchasing of 1time's services for resale to others, or the like.

Intellectual property- All information, data and materials presented on this website, including names, logos, flight schedules, prices, etc., as well as the colour scheme and the layout of the website, are subject to copyright, trade mark rights, database rights and/or other intellectual property rights. You may use this information, data, materials and the colour scheme and the layout of this website only as strictly required for your permitted personal, non-commercial purposes described in paragraph 3 above. Any other use and/or reproduction of the information, data , materials, or of the colour scheme, or of the layout of the website, without prior written consent of 1time, is prohibited and will constitute a breach of these terms and conditions and may infringe 1time's intellectual property rights,. 1time reserves its right to take such action as it considers necessary, including issuing legal proceedings without further notice to you, in relation to any unauthorised use of this website.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction- Disputes arising from the use of this website and the interpretation of these Terms of Use of the 1time Website are governed by South African law. All disputes relating to these Terms of Use and the use of the 1time Website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the of South African Courts, save that 1time may, at its sole discretion, institute proceedings in the country of your domicile.
